CLEVELAND, OH September 28th, 2020 -- Speedeon, a leading data solutions provider and growth marketing agency, has recently promoted Neil Barry to President and General Counsel. As CEO, Gerard Daher will shift focus to long-term strategy, expansion, and acquisition activities.
In his new role, Neil will be responsible for implementing and executing the company’s strategic vision and delivering the growth agenda. He will oversee finance, product, technology, operations, sales, and marketing, while continuing his responsibilities as General Counsel.

Neil joined Speedeon in 2019 and was instrumental in ensuring the company met all guidelines for complying with the new CCPA (California Consumer Protection Act) regulations.

Prior to joining Speedeon, Barry was the Group Head of Compliance for Standard Chartered Bank, responsible for managing the global compliance function. Neil has also worked for Citigroup, most recently as the General Counsel of the Citigroup’s International Retail Bank. Neil graduated with a B.A. in History and Political Science from Vanderbilt University, a Juris Doctor (cum laude) from Case Western Reserve School of Law, and a Master of Laws in Taxation from NYU.
