Linda Montgomery
Chief Financial Officer
Linda brings over 15 years of financial planning and operations management to Speedeon Data. Specializing in strategic planning, financial analysis and funding for technology and manufacturing companies, she has an extensive background in guiding companies through organizational change and growth. Linda has been instrumental in the development and implementation of financial plans and corporate infrastructures to reduce costs, as well as securing funding for start-up and publicly traded companies alike. She has also led financial and management teams through corporate transitions, financial growth and acquisitions.
Previously, as Director of Finance for Valence Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ: VLNC), Linda managed all internal financial activities, with additional responsibility for operations and production planning. Prior to joining Valence, she was Vice President of Finance and Administration for Infoglide Software Corporation, a venture backed company. During her tenure, Linda guided the company through two successful private placement rounds bringing its cumulative funding to over $20 million. Prior to joining Infoglide, Linda worked as an acquisitions specialist for Tivoli Systems Inc., an IBM subsidiary, where she led the transition team that integrated acquired company processes and critical data into the larger corporate environment. Linda also spent five years at Price Waterhouse in Chicago, reaching the level of audit manager.
Linda earned a Bachelor of Accounting from Miami University of Ohio, and a Master of Business Administation from the University of Texas, Austin.
